Insurance
Sorry, but we do not deal directly with insurance companies.  However, you will be issued a receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for a refund.

Refunds
Canadian law prohibits refunds on drugs dispensed and shipped.

Narcotic Drugs
Canadian government regulations prohibit Canadian pharmacies from dispensing narcotic type medications or sedatives to U.S. residents.

Reorders
You may re-order by phone, fax, e-mail, or mail.  It is not necessary to submit any forms to receive your refills, unless you are adding a new prescription.  Once a prescription has expired, it will be necessary to provide a new prescritipion issued by your doctor.

Prices
The actual cost of the medication you order can vary slightly, depending on the conversion rate on the day your order is processed.  Your credit card will be billed in Canadian dollars, and your credit card provider will calculate the conversion rate.

Generic Drug Substitutions
You can often maximize your savings by ordering generic drugs.  Check with your physician.  Canada has some of the highest standards and strictest guidelines in the world for manufacturing of generic drugs.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, and personal checks.

Over the Counter Products
You can save money on OTC products, including diabetes products, vitamins, herbs, etc.  They can be shipped with your regular order at no extra charge.  Email, write or phone us with the items you are looking for and we will get back to you with a price.

Pet Prescriptions

Canadian physician review fee - FREE!
Shipping cost - $13.00 for the entire order (U.S. dollars).
(To save on shipping costs, we recommend you order a 90-day supply).
